It took a very long time to get the product (over a month) and I never received the mounting hardware. I emailed about the lack of installation instructions and mounting hardware several times. Each time I got an automated reply that stated "problem solved". The problem was never solved. I finally watched their video online and came up with my own installation method. I am very happy with the quality of the sheet (picture) that covers the door. There was an error in the amount of sales tax charged which was currected as soon as I contacted them.
