Same as everyone else here! I ordered a christmas garage banner 11/16/2023 and as if today 1/3/2024 i have not received it and i have been provided with two different tracking links, BOTH which show it is not even close to being here it. Do not order anything from this company!

It’s just a fake Chinese company. Most orders won’t be fulfilled, and those that are will not be as advertised. You’ve been had!

Stay away from this company. Their cancelation policy is terrible. Policy stated order can be cancel before shipped out from their warehouse. I was able to reached out to their customer service shortly after order was replaced by mistake like mins after. They said it's too late to cancel. At this point that point I figured this INCKWP.CO.,LTD is a scam

Ordered the Christmas garage banner in mid November and still no show. Reading the other comments, I feel like it was the wrong choice. How can this company stay in business if it can't provide customers with what they advertise. Very disappointed. Even if it arrives, it won't have the right hardware. Get your act together please. Looked like such a nice product.

Order a garage door banner on 11/19/2023 and have yet to receive it. Very upset about this, have not receive an update since 12/17. They totally stuck and ruined my Christmas decorations.

Garage door banner finally did arrive and we are happy overall. The clips were not at all suitable for hanging the banner and a waste of time. Handling and Transport was quite long, over a month but we are happy to receive it after reading other reviews.

Ordered my garage door cover and it arrived in a timely manner, however they didnt provide me with my order. The cover was fabric - not vinyl and there was no assembly kit as indicated on their website and in the video. Contacted them via PayPal and we went back and forth for about three weeks. They offered a refund of $10.00 then $13 then $32. I rejected all and then escalate to PayPal. Today I have a full refund. DON'T buy from them. I was lucky to get my money back (thank you PayPal) but others may not be so lucky.
