I’ve loved this light but…
I’ve loved this light. It’s been a lifesaver when having to change diapers in the middle of the night. I’ve had this now for a little over a year though and one of my lights won’t turn off. I’ve tried holding it down and flipping it over and putting the charger in but the light won’t go out. What do I do??

Hi Anna, We do apologize for the inconvenience and would like to solve the problem with you with your assistance. Can the light be turned on if it is powered? If it cannot be turned on, would you please press and hold it for 15s to reboot it when it is charging? After reboot, please try to turn it on again.
