I absolutely love this night light, it’s so handy and portable, the ability to change the light from warm to bright white light makes it useful at night when looking for items or for providing a warm light for feeding. It’s also handy for taking away on trips as lovely and small (dont be fooled by it’s size, the strength of light is really great and can be determined by you). The reason I have scored it 2 stars is that after 3 months of use it now doesn’t work, I have followed the instructions on how to hard reset but it’s completely dead. I’m back to using the torch on my phone. An update, when contacting the company regarding this issue, they have stated that because it’s out of the 180 day guarantee period there is nothing they can do however they’re going to ask their supplier if this period can be extended for the future. I’m disappointed that they feel after only 3 months of use (bought as a Christmas present in December for when my June baby arrived) that it is ok their product doesn’t work. I really can not recommend this product based on its cost and the actual length of time it worked for, which is a real shame because I still really miss it and whilst I’m tempted to buy a replacement I’d be mad to throw my money away!

Average product that seems a bit temperamental and doesn’t reliably/ consistently work (ie sometimes won’t turn on. Sometimes won’t turn off. Sometimes can’t adjust the brightness) When it does work I love it… but I’m frustrated with how it operates *** Thanks Jackie for your reply. I had previously already been in touch with customer service and they told me about the hard reset. I did do that and it worked for a bit, but soon went back to being unreliable. A replacement one would be great if possible? I do suspect I got a dud.

Loved it when it worked. Liked the different levels of brightness I could easily change when needed and the easy way to turn it off by flipping over. However one night I tried to dim it, touched the top, the light turned off and never turned back on. Have tried over and over and charging it, still nothing. Frustratingly there is no troubleshooting information anywhere to help. Expensive Light is useless now!
