I’m glad I read these reviews before purchasing anything. Here are the red flags I noticed that inclined me to look up customer reviews: 1. I noticed that a pair of their butterfly earrings looked EXACTLY the same as a pair I purchased for $2 off Shein. It’s common for companies to take cheap, fast fashion products and rebrand them as their own just to upcharge (and Frasier seems to do this with all of their jewelry). 2. I made an account and every 3 days received a text for 30, 40, 50% off my order; that is wildly uncommon for a company to do. But since their jewelry is extremely cheap to produce, they have no issue giving people massive discounts— they are making a huge profit regardless. Basically, if it seems too good to be true, it is. If you want cheap jewelry for the same quality & way better price, just actually shop at places like Shein— it’s unethical but at least you’re guaranteed a tracking number then & you’re not getting scammed.

Does anyone want to file a class action lawsuit against this company? Only serious inquiries!

Ring turned my finger green. I’ve literally had it off for over a week now and still can’t get all the green completely off my finger! Not to mention I never got it wet and it still started to turn brownish within a week of wearing it. They also delete every comment that isn’t positive on their socials and their costumer service is horrible.

My fingers are turning green and this jewelry sucks save money and get designer please and the service sucked I hate hate hate this brand waste of my money.

Horrible quality. No customer service. Don't spend your money here, go to etsy and pay a little more for a custom piece that will actually last more than a week

the quality of the jewellery is terrible.. worn a few times & they just turn completely brown. for the price point, i thought i’d get better quality than this ... truly disappointing

This is my second time buying in frasier sterling. First time I bought two necklaces, presentation everything was nice, after my FIRST time having a quick shower with my $40 HELLA expensive necklace, it turn BROWN. SO ANNOYING!!! Now, I bought some rings as a gift to a friend because a friend told me they were nice but guess what THEY ARE NOT OUT FOR YET. THEY ARE NOT EVEN READY TO GET SHIPPED AND THIS WAS A GIFT. I BOUGHT THIS MORE THAN A MONTH AGO. LIKE WHat in the worldddd

Very disappointed. I ordered the smiley loungewear set after seeing it on Instagram in February and I was under the impression it would be delayed just a little. Then after several weeks I reached out via email to inquire only to be told it would ship out that week. It never did. I then called their customer service number and was told March 25th. That date has come and gone with no email. I have reached out again to cancel.
