My order is shipped for almost 3 months, Also they only sent me 5 items, I ordered 6 items! No response from them, really terrible company!

I have had the same story as everyone else. I didn't find out until after I placed my order that it could take up to 4 weeks to ship out. Ok. Fine. The 4 weeks passed, and I am told that I may not get it for another 4 weeks. I asked for a refund and was refused one. I would have to wait another 10 days before I could ask for it again. However, after several emails and calling to complain the order was "coincidentally" shipped while I was on the phone. So it was just sitting there somewhere. It just took me yelling on the phone for someone to actually do something about it. I was told on the phone that all of their delays were due to COVID shut downs (two separate times in December of 2022) of their facilities, though in reading reviews this just seems to be their go-to excuse. If it is true, the fact that they haven't implemented health and safety policies to protect their staff and operations is reason enough to avoid.

This company is a scam. Don’t order from them no matter how cute they make it look. You won’t get it and they won’t help you. Takes 4 weeks to put a name together out of pre-made pieces and they call it “custom”. Scam. Beware.

Ok, I feel totally scammed. I ordered a necklace for my daughter for Christmas on 12/5. Because of the FAQ’s stating that it would be like a month, I quickly emailed the company that same day to see if I would get my item in time, otherwise I planned to cancel my order. I received an email assuring me that I would receive the item before Christmas, and that would be shipped the week of the 18th. It’s now the 20th and I have yet to receive tracking information, so I reached out to the company. They stated it will not be here by Christmas, so I asked to cancel my order. They stated they will not cancel my order. This was a Christmas gift. They refuse to cancel my order, and they refuse to do anything else about it in the meantime. I am livid. Please do NOT do business with this company unless you like throwing money away and liars.

No word on shipping almost a month after ordering. Tried to talk to the customer service to see if I could cancel and was only met with automated responses until I criticized their customer service when I was sent a extremely rude message. Don’t waste your time or money on this place they don’t deserve any of it.

Do not order anything from this company. They will give you a false shipping timeframe and you will not receive your items. It’s been over 5 weeks and their only response is to blame it on Covid supply chain. Enough is enough.

Ordered my items in July, it is now pushing mid September and I have been given the run around. I was given 3 (now 4) different timeframes on the delivery. I have ordered from other small businesses that have been experiencing delays from covid, but customer service has been transparent and communicated throughout the entire ordeal… NOT THIS ONE. This is borderline a SCAM! I already had an escalated issue and I get an automated “Hey Angel” response. I should have known NOT TO ORDER from this website from all the reviews— more accurate reviews can be found on the BBB website.

Damn wish I'd gone through Trustpilot before placing my order on Aug 10th.... reading these reviews it all makes sense now. It's now almost a month on and still nothing from them. I'd ordered a necklace for my friend's birthday having already anticipated it wouldn't arrive on time but I didn't expect it would take this long.... I only ordered a necklace with 4 letters on it lol... and god knows how long it will take to ship to the UK. At this point I'm sure I will never see it irl. Already emailed them and asked for a refund but if they won't give me one I'll try to dispute it on PayPal. Now I have to look for another late birthday gift for my friend ...... yikes
