Worst company and customer service ever. I ordered a necklace 5 weeks ago and it has still not arrived. I contacted them through Instagram message to see where my parcel was because the tracking number they provided doesn’t exist and they replied ‘not sure love, you will have to contact DHL’. I told them it is a gift for Christmas and they didn’t care at all. Their customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. I asked them if they can look into the tracking number because it isn’t correct and they have completely ignored me. I wish I had checked the reviews before ordering because I definitely wouldn’t have ordered. Terrible company. DO NOT ORDER.

Just received my butterfly earrings and necklace this evening and the second I put them on they broke. I’m very disappointed. Don’t waste your money!

Delivery times and tracking is inconsistent with policy. Any time I attempted to contact Frasier Sterling in regard to my order, I was always greeted with a terribly automated message that didn't address my message is anyway. My concern has not been addressed and I still do not have my order.
