Look like good company, but got severals text from different numbers. like it was bot sending random text gettting me to call.

The sales and order number guys hung up on me twice and were pretty short on the call. Not very good customer service. I understand your company is busy, but courtesy is a must! Ordered a motor through my mechanic and the gentleman said he would call him back. No call yet. He talked to a lady and she said they were busy due to the holiday weekend. I would think that trying to place an order would be important to your business. There was only 1 type engine available so I hope it was put on hold for my purchase and not sold.

I asked for a quote on engine and transmission. I received a quote for the engine but nothing about transmission. I replied to inquire about transmission quote but have had no response as of today. I am hopeful that when I decide to order communication will be better.

Wish I could give less. The worst customer service anywhere and I mean anywhere. I asked and received a Quote for for a motor for my Car. The Quote had all my car info on it with a QUOTE# so when I called to get the Order going everything went twilight zone. I called and told the sales person I had received a Quote and had the Quote number which seem to fly over his head or just didn't mean a thing because ask me for all my info again and said that someone would call me. Well that didn't happen so I called Back again the next day. I told the guy I had a quote and here is the number. He could care less about the quote that they sent me and ask me for my VIN that I didn't have on me so I had to call back when I had my Vin in hand. This time I was told they sold it and hung up on me. I would never buy anything from these people because I couldn't trust them and wouldn't recommend them.

Prompt at getting me a quote, eager to sell I am just getting prices at this point though

You need to fill out the questionnaire first, before they can give you accurate information. We had a really good experience with their customer service.

My experience was that I received a timely response to my inquiry .

I needed a price to help decide if I wanted to invest in a vehicle that needed restoration. Heck, with the cost and low availability of vehicles today. I'd think this industry would be pushing product. I was extremely pleased at how fast and easy it was to get pricing on what I needed. Thanks for top notch customer service to this point. Now just to find someone responsible and trustworthy, Skilled to install. Thanks again
