These guys are complete jerks. Submitted a request for a quote, and was then told to call in anyway. I called in and was told that the salesman that had my order would call me back after he got off his current call. Hours later no call. Texted the sales team for no response. Called again, and when I asked why no one called he turned into a huge jerk. Stay away unless you like abuse.

I purchased a 5.7L Hemi engine for my Jeep Grand Cherokee from Fraser. After my mechanic installed it, it had a significant leak from the dipstick hole. I learned that Fraser Engines was supposed to zip tie a plug for that hole, but they failed to include the plug. I filed a warranty claim with Fraser and sent a video of the leak. Because the dipstick hole was located at the bottom of the engine, the front differential has to be uninstalled. I learned that Fraser subcontracts its warranty services to Advanced Powertrain Solutions (APS), which does not seem to consider itself a part of Fraser when someone is at fault. The APS warranty tech, Mark B, spoke to me in a tone that was defensive, arrogant and combative. APS refused to cover anything and said that Fraser would have to cover the error. Mark made it sound like they were 2 separate companies. Danielle at Fraser never acknowledged Fraser’s error to include the plug, which cost me extra time, money and frustration, or offered me any compensation. Neither Fraser nor APS offered me any acknowledgement or apology. Their customer service was very poor and extremely disappointing.

Their warranty is basically useless. I bought the rebuilt engine in Sept 2021, and had problems in July 2023. No compression 1 cylinder, another low. On an inline 4 cyl. 2.5L jeep. The warranty only covers $50/hr labor. My engine mechanic is charging $199/hr now. Frasier wants to second guess the mechanic, and is wanting him to take off the head, check for damage, etc. Of course they only pay $50/hr labor, if the engine is shot. I pay the rest. My mechanic estimated 2 hours, so that would be another $300 out of my pocket for the request. Plus $1500 will be my piece of engine replacement labor. Plus parts for the next motor. This makes the warranty basically useless. That's probably the reason they have few warranty claims replacements. It worked. I'm not gonna pay to install another of their pieces of poo. I'll donate the jeep, and mark it as a lesson learned.

Called in the morning for a quote the first guy was helpful and gave a decent a competitive price. Said I'll call you back I need to inform my grandson etc. Called back a few hours later and suddenly the prize jumped over 1k. Said I missed out they had several engines that morning but now only had 2 left from a company in Canada. I need to make a decision because when those 2 are gone they won't be rebuilding for a while. So after quitting and telling them my grandson was applying for a loan etc. I guess theythought this 19 year old kid was rich. No he's trying to get a loan and fix the truck his deceased father left him . Not cool at all, never asks yeah they're limited or anything on first call. I said I'll get back to you and the guy said ok look forward to it.

I just got off the phone with their representative Anthony Stella. He was the rudest, most insulting rep I have every spoken with. It all began with telling me I was not smart enough to know my exact engine size even though I was trying to give him my VIN # (just as I have on two earlier calls today to two of their other reps). I'd called back because I'd never received a quote, and had also received a text apologizing for missing my call and asking me to call back. After insulting me over and over, he then began insisting that I apologize to HIM for being difficult. He even said that I've had issues all my life because of how difficult I am. Then, Anthony began insisting that I apologize to him and that Fraser didn't need me but rather I needed them since they own the remanufactured market. Now, he's stalking me with insults on my phone #. I have NEVER been so insulted in my life. I would very much like to speak to the owner (David Fraser) so he can understand that Anthony should have no place on his team. Wow, I just experienced the absolute worst customer experience in my lifetime ...

I find this company to be very odd.very pushy and rude to say the least. Their price match bait is a crock. Lastly you can't get a word in edge wise when speaking to them. The guy or whoever hung up on me twice! I wouldn't do business with this group if they offered it for free. They are pushy about wanting to text you instead of emailing you. Horrible experience from someone who claims they have been around since Moby Dick was a minnow... Approach with caution they seem like scammers .They certainly want your information! You need to verify if this company is even real Very fishy! Good luck!

Husband bought a new motor from Fraser Engines 3 years ago. Great experiance. So when my son's truck motor broke we decided to get hm a Fraser one as well. This was in Nov 2022. This January 2023 my husbands motor cracked completely open spilling oil and water everywhere. It was deemed a new motor was needed. So the repair shop who is great at motors got with Fraser to determine thru the warranty a new motor was needed. They sent a new one but getting the money back from Frasier for their part they pay was a task. Now moving forward my sons truck in the beginning of February broke again. The repair shop and Fraser found a faulty valve that broke but under warranty sent a new motor again. All while we are paying the bill for the install and waiting on Fraser to repay their portion. They gave us a motor that literally 3 months later broke but we have to pay for labor. So then the 2nd Motor in my son's truck was installed. We literally just got it back March 14th and it is now March 18th and the motor just broke!!!! Literaly just broke. Like people we just got it back. Not even 500 miles on it yet to do the 1st oil change. And it broke. This is unacceptable. Absolutely unacceptable. And Fraser just expects us to keep paying for installs of broken down motors. No. We will be looking to an attorney about this.
