The customer service is excellent. The warranty is great and gives you a sense of security. My engine runs smooth and quiet and the price was good. I have recommended Frazier engines to my friends and I will continue to.

The first thing I will say about Frazier Engines is their office team is polite, helpful and professional. I had a problem with my transmission, but I did not know if it needed a simple fluid flush, clutch replacements or a new transmission. They set up the tow and gave me a price on the diagnostic. Sadly I needed a new transmission. They gave me two prices, for a new and rebuilt transmission. Another service offered a lower price both could not do the job until June. I asked if they could set up a tow home. Instead they offered to keep my car on the property! They also said I needed a new battery, which they will install. For future work I will turn to Frazier for their help and honesty.

The staff was responsive to calls and inquiries. Friendly when answering questions.. Buying these engines is costly and in some instances, frustrating. When spending 6k, it's a "bit" easier when the company is friendly.

Great customer service. Just ordered motor and expecting a 2-3 week build/delivery. Hoping the rest of the process goes as well as the quote and purchase.
