A few bumps and hiccups along the road, but thankfully robert saved the whole project for me. He was more invested than anyone else in seeing my project along. Occasionally the times for return can be much longer than expected but I was very happy with the formatting I got

I appreciate the more than customary service some businesses will give. I just got out of a book contract that was a not so good experience. Additionally, I'm not astute with social media at all. Lizzy has been phenomenal with both helping to develope not only marketing of my first book but she has been extremely patient with me. I'm learning how social media works and how my work will be linked together giving a seamless flow to each platform. Erik likewise has been nothing short of amazing with making this unlikely dream of mine come true. Franklin Publishing, be proud of these two individuals who gladly go above & beyond the duties of their job description. They care about me and my success, I feel it, see it, it shows. Thank you FP for your commitment to excellence.

I had never published a book before. I was looking for some advice and I found Emi Maxwell with Franklin Publishers. She guided me patiently through the process and gave me the confidence to coninue writing. She has brought me to submitting my third book and the process was one of the most wonderful of my life .That is saying a lot because I am 80 years old. I will never be able to thank her and the publishers for their guidance and patience.

Subject: Exceptional Publishing Experience with Franklin Publishers! Working with Franklin Publishers was an amazing experience! Their guidance and marketing expertise gave my book the right direction, making the whole process smooth and rewarding. Highly recommended!

Please thank all of the team that helped prepare my book Maria Daisy Quintana for publication. I appreciate the time they took to preserve the voices of Raymond and Aunt Daisy so that the reader will experience their language and culture. I know they had difficulty with words, places and names in Spanish with accent marks, tildes, etc. Without their help I would not have been able to submit the manuscript to Amazon and the other publishers. This book represents an authentic oral history of my Aunt Daisy's life from the mountains of northern New Mexico through Colorado, California and Nevada.

Erik and David provided an excellent publishing experience to date. This was my first book, The Witness By Kay Love and I learned an incredible amount through their continued dedication, knowledge, and support. They have remained encouraging, helpful, and informative throughout this journey. I highly recommend this team for publication services. I remain grateful! Thank You! Sincerely, Kay Love

That I finally got to work with a real publisher
