The only thing that I wish is that they would provide more updated information about the amount that is owed. What I mean is, I would appreciate more frequent updates about the amount that I still owe and the date that it will be paid off. That is the only problem that I have with Franklin legal group. Otherwise, their service has been great.

The rep I talked to today, Ms. Shannon, was so amazing!! She was very helpful, very professional, and super nice with the issue I had and helped me resolve it. I needed to extend my payment date by a couple days due to some expected medical expenses that came up for this month and I didn't want to be delinquent on my monthly payment. She explained to me what she was going to do and may or may not happen to my account. VERY HELPFUL AND 10 STARS TO MS. SHANNON!! Thank you so much again!
