I recently used Franfund to do a ROBs transfer to fund my new Franchise, and I found the process to be very simple, smooth and easy to complete. My Lead Plan Specialist, Jesika Merritt, was very knowledgable about the process and was able to promptly answer any questions I had, and was very responsive throughout the process, which I was able to complete from start to finish in just 3 weeks!

I have two sides of what i was doing, one was SBA and the other was setting up a ROBS account. The ROBS account with Robyn was smooth and easy, no problem. The SBA process however was terrible, there was no communicaiton, i didnt get any bank offers until i asked about it 14 days later. The two people i spoke to that got me to pay my money, I never heard from again. Would not reccomend anyone use FRAN FUND for SBA lending.

First rep was replaced unexpectadly after doing nothing for 2 months. 2nd rep sent some basic spreadsheets that the first rep could have sent the day after FranFund pulled my payment out of the account. Also those spreadsheets will have to be refilled or at least copy pasted to the bank later. Reps NEVER answer the phone, and may call back the next day. Expect no more than one communication per day. It took me over 7 months to get taken care of what I hired them to take care of. I went through the SBA process, which I know isn't easy... but FranFund was a total waste of money and time.
