Fran Funds failed return guaranteed refund of $2000
Fran Funds failed to secure an SBA loan for me. that's not the problem but what is, Is When I asked for the guaranteed refund of $2000, when they are unable to acquire a loan for me, they claimed I had not disclosed information that was supposedly required. However, this information was not requested in the initial application and was included in the documents I provided before the loan was sent to lenders. While their reviews may look good, I advise others to be wary. and expect to do all the work for them to just get paid push your paperwork to lenders. without going thru, it to make sure all is well be for being sent.

We appreciate your feedback, Chris. Our team strives to assist every client in securing funding and making the process as smooth as possible. Regarding the refund, our Engagement Agreement outlines specific obligations that must be met to qualify for the refund, including the need for complete and accurate information throughout the process and not taking action that negatively affects credit status. We require our initial lending application to be completed prior to engaging our services, so we can accurately assess qualifications and ensure no negative surprises. The application asked for specific information which was unfortunately not disclosed and answered accurately. This impacted our ability to secure the loan later in the process, once new and differing information was discovered post-engagement. These factors significantly affected your loan application. Despite these challenges, we explored all possible options to assist you, including proposing an additional guarantor and offering alternative loan solutions. If you have any further concerns or would like to discuss this matter in more detail, please feel free to contact us directly.
