Framed & MattedReviews of framedandmatted.com

The entire process was flawless and they did a fantastic job with this special gift for my husband's birthday! It was my first time using this service and it will not be my last! Thank you, thank you, thank you! I could not recommend more highly!!!

100% dedication to customer service and 100% commitment to customer satisfaction. You can't go wrong.

I ordered a frame that we unfortunately was damaged in shipping, in spite of what seemed like very smart packing. I contacted customer service with a photo of the dented frame. Chrissy responded within hours and a replacement frame was in hand within a few days. She kept me informed throughout the replacement process. I can’t imagine any way it could have been easier. In a world where returns and customer service is conducted by bots and call centers this felt really human. (I assume Chrissy is real). I will definitely order from them again when I need a frame.

We ordered three 33" by 27" frames with double mats. Communication was timely, friendly and professional. Our request for mat samples was fulfilled rapidly and upon placing our order we received accurate status and shipping updates. Upon receipt we found instructions clear; frame, mat, backing and acrylic dimensions precise; and upon hanging that the result exceeded our expectations. Excellent quality, price and customer care. Have already recommended Framed & Matted to others.

I was very pleased with the quality of the frames and mats, the process to configure the frames, quick support when I had questions, and packaging (very well packed). Shipping was speedy for a custom product. Since I was buying frames as a gift I felt a bit hesitant in trying to make choices for someone else. I received color samples for a few I was considering and an extra mat for the frames I purchased. Since the recipient liked the color of the extra one better than the one I preferred, I was pleased Framed & Matted had this option. I’ll be happy to be a repeat customer for myself.

I had two pieces of art framed and I could not be happier. The quality of the frame and the matting is great and the instructions were very easy to follow. I have framed many pieces of art over the years and these frames are as good if not better than ones I paid hundreds of dollars more for.

My wife and I were recently given a gift from my sister, a watercolor painting that our grandfather painted over 60 years ago. It was very special to me but it wasn't framed or well cared for at all for many years and it was showing its age, particularly along the edges. It is a bit larger than 20" x 30" so we thought if we could find the right combination of frame and mat that it would help this painting restore to its original beauty. But in these crazy times of coronavirus my wife and I didn't want to go to a local framing store so we started to search online and Framed & Matted was one of the first that we came across and their website is really easy to use. We initially had some reservations about color and then my wife proposed a black mat as there are traces of black in the painting and we both thought that would look really sharp. So we took the plunge and risked whether it would look good or not and how well would Framed & Matted perform. Well, F&M cretainly exceeded our expectations. We had our frame kit a week after ordering it on-line and we couldn't be happier with the results. We will definitely be buying more frames and mats from F&M for other artwork we have in our home.

Beautiful frame arrived quickly. Easy to mount. Corners were mitered well. Overall great experience.
