FRAMEAI.COMReviews of frameai.com

The product received as expected. An email confirming the order and a shipment status was not provided.

Great response from staff!! The product seems to be quality stuff. My only issue would be: 1) I didn't get a response from the company saying they received my order though when I inquired, they responded quickly. 2) I ordered 3D lettering in black with black license plate frame. Unfortunately, the double sided tape is white and stands out when put in place. Those are my only issues. Otherwise great service and product.

Nice looking license plate frame, but the font selected was not used when customizing. If that matters to you, you might want to add a note to your order requesting a QC double check.

Quality is awesome and very fast shipping only thing I don't like is you have to install letters yourself.

The ordering process was easy, and I'm very very happy with the finished product. I would have given 5-stars, but there was NO communication from FrameAI of any kind. I placed the order, never received an acknowledgement, never received a shipping notice, nothing. I saw the credit card charge hit my bank though....

Nice quality frame. Prompt service. Unfortunately it arrived with the wrong text, but they were quick to respond and replace.

Item arrived quickly with paid 2d day delivery. Frame is adequate for intended purposes and without blemishes. I have a 2020 Ram truck and had to use my own washers and nuts to ensure a secure fit to the front bumper. I would buy again if I need another tag frame.

I did not receive my order as I expected. Frameai stated that the package must be lost in transit at USPS. They sent me another package which I received in a couple of days. It is what I ordered. Thank you for your great customer service.
