FRAMEAI.COMReviews of frameai.com

The actual product is excellent. The delivery times for custom frames is good. However the communications with your team is non-existint and terrible and will cost you business

Didn't realize the personalization came in sticker form so I need to wait til someone with a steady hand is available as I do not. Other than that the quality is there I wish it was more visible they would have to be applied at home

The lettering was not installed. Delivery was great. Showed up early.

These folks clearly do not know their cars. I ordered a plate saying “Austin Cooper” and they took the liberty to add Austin Martin logos to the design. They are two very different cars, duh!

No directions , a lot of hardware you have to figure out on your own .

My frame is satisfactory I suppose but it was slightly bent. I wouldn’t think it matters but with the type of finish on this frame, it matters. I give it a 3.

Was under the assumption that this order was for a set of frames, not just one- feel ripped off

Could have been a little higher quality in paint and thicknesses. Back padding design well done.
