I ordered a frame for a Christmas present. When I got it the "writing" was etched into the frame, but not in color. You can barley see what it says. I reached out about the writing color and was told nothing would be done, when I responded I never received a response back. Money down the drain since the frame can't even be used.

I was sent the wrong order. Wrong color with no words on the frame. Contacted customer service and they said they would reship the order. as of 11/21/20 I have yet to receive the product. I would not do business with this company again...

Very deceiving. Pictures & pricing made me think that that the frame & lettering were all one piece. Unfortunately, each letter was a double stick tape sticker & no template for centering the letters that you have to place yourself $5.00 frame with $0.30 letters for almost $40.00! Too bad, do sad... For me!

The top text is not centered vertically. It doesn’t look good, waste of money.
