Didn't supply the product, they cancelled the order because they claim PayPal didn't have the shipping address as a 'safe' address ?? What? I order through PayPal and send to other addresses many times. They failed to tell me that they'd refunded and cancelled the order. It was only when I went online to my account and saw 'Cancelled' under the product that my suspicions were roused! I sent an immediate email which was ignored. I sent a 2nd which got a little bit of an answer verifying that they cancelled the order ... but failed to address my considerations and other queries! They now claim they did send an email about the cancelled order, but it's not on my computer anywhere! So nope, I have all their Sales emails since placing the order but no email about any cancellation! I've now sent 2 further emails to try and re-order and obtain a small discount in order to offset the error with the refund but the lady just says they refunded in full! That isn't answering nor addressing the issue! How she can't understand the simple maths baffles me! (Clearly orders and prices varying according to the money markets, but they must provide full refunds from the price paid!) Be WARNED when dealing with this business, if it happens to go right then good for you. If not then it's barely worth hearing from them because they IGNORE neigh everything you ask and just 'selectively answer' what they want. They don't seem to care about me as a customer from this experience. They've let me down and the recipient of the product down too. Really disappointed and upset with them. :( 0/10
