My first order was canceled and refunded due to the item being out of stock. I placed another order and it arrived promptly and accurately.

Convoluted Payment Processing
Payment processing is extremely convoluted. Apparently you have to contact your bank for some 6 digit code in order to identify the transaction. Then I was told something about cancelling the order and placing it again with the same card details. All this for a $90 order. I've never been asked to do this for online purchases even if it's $900. Even when I called my bank to ask for this special code, they had no idea what I was talking about.
