Great products and prices, terrible customer service!
The products are great, the prices are great, but customer service is severely inept. Also, for some reason, they have instituted some super strict rules re using a credit or debit card, so if the name/address is not an EXACT match your order will not go through. I literally spent several days hemming and hawing with various customer service reps until my order finally went through, and that was AFTER cancelling my FIRST order, creating a new order, hunting for the discount code. In the future I will be using Amazon for my fragrance needs, thank you very much!
