I was able to search for the colognes I was looking for easily. I appreciate the different sizes available and prices, the options far exceed any retailer when it comes to fragrances. My fragrances shipped right away and arrived 3 days later in great condition! Thank you for the large selection and fantastic shipping, I will be looking at fragranceX for my future purchases.

Wasn’t sure about the product ordered at the price mentioned. However, the items I purchased turned out to be great and at a affordable price!

Site indisponible 100% du temps (connection refused). Sans aucun doute une arnaque !

I have been a regular customer for years and this year alone have purchased a dozen items. Most of the time, everything works well and the few “old” badly stored packaging has not bothered me as these are only 1 in 4 purchases. Recently, 1 item Dunhill Edition leaked badly and only half the bottle arrived with box and wrapper soaked. Having emailed them, the response was prompt but my impression is they have a “cookie cutter” response and never look at the individual or custom generated. They kindly offered my 50% US$14 whereas, I asked them to consider the years and amount of customer loyalty and suggested they simply despatch a new bottle. Being short sighted they declined as shipping costs are expensive and they preferred to simply refund $14. I can understand their thinking and have forgone this refund as I realise FragranceX does not appear to value customer loyalty. In today’s mature internet commerce marketplace, there are so many online discount retailers such as Strawberry that I no longer need to give business to a firm who aren’t very bothered. I vote with my feet and credit card! Their management are “clever but unwise.”
