I purchased this perfume for my daughter for Christmas. It was quickly and securely shipped. It was a tester so I was able to try it out and it is lovely. May have to order another bottle for myself. Good company, fast shipments, fantastic prices. Highly recommend.

They have the WORST support team, they get the money and they won’t refund, they won’t answer the phone or to emails. It is just terrible, btw I STILL haven’t got my refundig. TERRIBLE JUST TERRIBLE WOULD NOT RECOMMEND BUYING FROM THEM!!!!! Edit: 08.11.2020 : I got my refund after hunderds emails sent, messages on twitter, but still I would not recommend buying from fragrancex just because of their BAD Customer Service

Both the cologne and parfum arrived intact.. I ordered La Nuit de L'Homme from Yves St Laurent and Sauvage, by Dior... I am fragrant with AWESOMENESS...

I ordered several fragrances. The box came with all but one that I had ordered. I called customer service and explained the situation. She promptly took care of it - and now I have my new perfume. Excellent customer service!
