FragranceXReviews of fragrancex.com

You’re fast and efficient service is appreciated.

Great fragrance and deliver super safety.

Came in within two days, brand new and unseal. Have had the original Most wanted smell super good and fell in love with it and now I bought most wanted by night and smells so much better then original. It’s more strong the smell pops when it’s cold outside.

Great service and arrived as expected. Price was lower than Amazon too, which is hard to beat nowadays. Thank you

Fast shipping and authentic. A+

First time ordering. Saw the ad on FB. Loved how easy and fast it was. Will definitely use the site again.

Edit: I have now received my replacement bottle. I'll still shop at FragranceX.com as I have ordered many times before and have always had a good experience with them. Obviously I was not happy with their support team, but they did fix the problem and I'm now happy with my purchase. I'll update from 1 star to 4, based on most of my purchases with them. Original: I've received my package last Tuesday and the bottle was broken, as soon as I opened the box, I took pictures and emailed them to their support team asking for instructions to get a replacement. I didn't hear back from them then, by now I've already sent 3 emails and nothing! This is so frustrating, especially because I've bought a lot of perfumes from them before and thought they were a good company but I guess they are only "good" when things go well, if something goes wrong and you need customer service, they are terrible!!

No problems at all I put my order in and they sent me confirmation email and another email with tracking info and I receive just what I paid for Oh and a nail file Thank you :) I have ordered from here before and I always come back :)
