I was nervous about buying perfume online due to a negative experience I'd had a few years ago (I'd ordered Play by Givenchy from Fragrancenet and it was an egregious fake). Since Jeremy Fragrance and a few other You Tubers whom I follow gave FragranceX a thumbs up, I decided to give it a try. My order arrived in two days. I'm also very happy to report that it is authentic! The only problem I've had is that, for whatever reason, I cannot sign into my account. Thought maybe I'd forgotten my password. Reset the password. Still can't get in. That makes me a little nervous... If I were to ever place another order, I wouldn't be able to access my account and track my order. Pas bon. Aside from not being able to sign in, great experience.

I wish the shipping method was with a private shipping company. USPS tracking told me my package was delivered mid-week last week, and it was not. I contacted them and got a reply they were investigating, but there was no follow up. I was worried for 4 days that it had been mis-delivered. It finally was delivered on Monday. Love the perfume. It is expensive and hard to find so I am relieved it made it to me after so much anxiety.
