One of the perfumes I received is really dark in color, smells great when I spray it but the scent disappears once dry. Perhaps, is that an old bottle by any chance? The sample I received that made me realize I like that perfume is a really light color & the scent stays. I look forward to hearing from you.

It was great. Prices are really good. Payment schedule allows me to "buy up", getting a more expensive perfume. Shipping was super fast. I will buy perfume exclusively from Fragrance X from now on

security verification process needs work. Bought perfume to be delivered to daughter for her birthday. But FragranceX needs to work on your security verification process when the shipping address differs from the billing address. They sent us multiple emails saying the order was "on hold" and for us to retrieve a code from our bank. We had to call our bank multiple times and call you multiple times before it was all figured out. The bank also said they do not give customers any such code.There has to be a better way of doing this. We do appreciate that you want to make sure it was us making this purchase and making sure there was no fraud, but there has to be a better way of going about it. In any event, the order was received, and it all got settled eventually, and daughter loves the perfume.
