I have used this firm several times in the past and have always had good service unfortunately this time very poor I ordered items and the payment was declined by the credit card company unfortunately unknown to me fragrance x kept applying for payment over approximately 10 days and kept being declined finally it was approved I didn’t Know this and ordered from another company when the payment appeared on my statement of 2 x £310.49 I immediately contacted the fraud department of my card company Who told me to cancel the order and ask for a refund fragrance x agreed to this but only refunded 2 x £290.03 claiming that the rest is bank conversion rate this is not on I should be fully compensated because this is their fault The card company said that they should not keep demanding the payment in the way that they did So beware if you place an order and payment is declined check to make sure that you cancel the order or you might get a nasty shock
