FragranceXReviews of fragrancex.com

I was surprised at the savings & quickness of receiving my order... I will order again in the near future Thank you very much

I have ordered from this company before without a problem. This order included a small tube of hand cream. The cap was broken on the tube when it arrived. Very disappointed. Not worth sending it back as the postage would be more than the item cost.

Cancelled order immediately after placing order and was informed money would not be taken. Money was taken and I emailed them requesting a refund. They did respond to email and I was refunded but not for the full amount and when I queried this they said it was due to the exchange rate. It was only about £3.50 difference but not the point, wonder how many other people are caught out by not receiving the full refund

Excellent prices and very good shipping
