Great Service

Quick Delivery

I have ordered from Fragrance X three times now, and I plan to continue to order indefinitely. The fragrances are packaged nicely, smell great, and arrive quickly. I haven't needed to contact customer service, but the online experience has been awesome. A couple of minutes after placing an order, I decided that I wanted a different size and quantity. I was able to cancel the order, receive an email confirmation of the cancellation, and place my new order. I thought I might have to contact someone for a refund because sometimes that can be an issue with companies, but it was processed through PayPal within 24 hours without me needing to do anything extra. Overall outstanding experience!
