I bought perfumes four times from FragranceX. I am French and I have been wearing perfumes all my life and everyday and I know them. On my first order, the perfume was authentic, the two following times the perfumes were counterfeit : you could tell from the box, the label, the color of the perfume and there was no scent at all or a spoiled smell. This is a website that sells original perfumes as well as counterfeit to make more money and confuse people. On top of everything, if you send back the counterfeit they do not reimburse the shipping, adding insult to injury. My son just bought me a fragrance for my birthday: it looks like beer and does not smell anything! I have been wearing this scent for years and know what to expect. Go on other websites that are honest, this is highway robbery, they should be fined or shut down.

Perfume not as potent as last Oder, color of perfume very light compared to padt

This place always has a wide variety of products to choose, the prices are fair and the shipping always is fast.

I had to cancel my first order bc I realized I entered my address incorrectly. Refund went thru no issues. When I submitted my second order I noticed that the invoice cut off my condo unit number in the address! I was worried they’d attempt delivery but not know which unit to leave it at. $200 bottle of cologne so I was nervous. But it came straight to me no issues despite it not having the unit number. It also came quick! Less than a week. Would definitely order again and recommend. Price was great too! ($50 less than Nordstrom’s.)

I was very impressed by how quickly I received my order. I ordered three perfumes and all of the were packaged nicely. I will be ordering again.
