My order was received a week after it was placed and coming from NYC to the UK! Considering the current situation with the pandemic, I was pleased with the service provided. The perfume was in good condition and I'm happy with my purchase.

Placed two orders with multiple items around the same time. Both boxes had perfumes missing from the boxes, but I still got charged for them. I emailed customer service and never got a reaponse. Called multiple times, but they NEVER ANSWER!!!!! I want my money back!!!

Received the cologne fairly quick, packaging was great. Truly the product I ordered, smells amazing!

Après avoir laissé un message sur leur site on m'a répondu en me conseillant d'appeler un numéro surtaxé. A ce jour je n'ai toujours pas de nouvelles de leur part. Attention site identique à Misterparfum

Order placed on 10th Dec with shipping 4-8 days. Tracking states item has been at JFK airport since 12th Dec and it's now the 22nd! Won't get in time for christmas and customer services email not responding. Avoid!
