I had to wait rather long for the delivery.

A poor response from Laura who is the customer relations contact person with whom I had the experience. My Christmas present for my father did not arrive. He loves cologne and asked for a special gift. I duly ordered with FragranceX. My parcel was untracked after entry to JFK. I found the shopping agent who advised me to get in touch with the seller which I did. They told me that they never received (DPD) the parcel only the information. They repeatedly told me to contact FragranceX to find the name of their shipping company to find out of the parcel was lost. I appreciate that things go missing. I needed information in order to buy another gift. I was told by customer relations that We were ‘going around in circles’ and that the parcel was in transit. They told me to reach out after the maximum days for delivery. Today is Christmas Eve, there is no parcel any my company here has still no knowledge of a parcel being handed to them. The lady in question told me to get back if I had any concerns. When I did I got a court reply as stated with an addendum-This enquiry has been closed in bold followed with a hurtful ‘Have a great day.’ I have dealt with this company in the past but have been redirected elsewhere by these cold comments from your Customer Service Specialist. I didn’t get the chance to get my dad another gift. I told him his is probably ‘in transit...’. Merry Christmas.
