What a bad customer service. I ordered a Narciso Rodriguez pure musk. The bottle came damage, and the sprayer is badly leaking. Since the bottle of Narciso Rodriguez is designed as an opaque bottle, I can't see if the bottle came half empty or full. I phoned the customer service multiple times, I was placed on hold for 20 mins. and no one answered or picked-up my call. I emailed them multiple times with photos attached to show how badly I received the product. I did not even received response from Fragrancex. I directly sent my complaint to the online help desk 4 times and attached the photos of the bottle still no reply. I felt like it is just a waste of my money buying from this site. I will not buy from this vendor again.

really quick shipping! amazing! also, I checked the batch code of the perfume I ordered and it was from a super recent batch, which I didn't necessarily expect from a discount site. so that's like a bonus. will order again.

I thought I was order cologne from Perfume.com, but I cannot reach them either by telephone or email. No answer and now I find out that the site is FragranceX.com. Very confused and very disappointed in this company. I have high reviews, but now I have a problem with a defective sprayer on the cologne they are no where to be found. I should have continuted doing business with Fragrance.net as I did in the past.

Rubbish, Order didn't turn up, kept emailing but no reply, tried calling but kept getting passed about, all I was after was an update, avoid like the plague.

RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY FAST!!! THEY DUPLICATED MY ORDER, CHARGED ME TWICE. THE RED FLAG SHOULD HAVE BEEN WHEN I DID NOT RECEIVE AN ORDER CONFIRMATION. SHAME ON ME. DON'T BOTHER TRYING TO CALL OR EMAIL THEM. NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE. PLEASE DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE I DID TO SAVE A FEW BUCKS.

Please do not purchase from FragranceX. After waiting for 9 days i emailed customer service for status 3 times but no reply. finally i received my perfumes on the 11th day...fair enough. however one of the bottle leaked badly and despite emailing and calling them there was no reply at all. I ordered from the UK and after 1 week I got my parcel on my doorstep. The prices are excellent and the shipping services too.

Nicely packaged. Got a discontinued fragrance so happy.
