Order 39055214 Ordered a product 9th December, shipped 10th December but has been sat at JFK airport since then. Customer service emailed several times but no reply. So disappointed as this company was highly recommended to me. I have 6 perfumes in my basket but wont be buying from fragrancex again, ill buy elsewhere

Einfach furchtbar!

Order was shipped quickly but experienced delays at courier. Understandable due to time of year and courier overload. No hard feelings. All in all, great prices and genuine products. Thank you.
