I received my order quickly, it was accurate, and priced as shown on the website.

I did receive my perfumes, but I was sent 2 bottles of 1 ounce perfume, and I wanted to get the 3 ounce bottles of tester bottles. I got two 1oz bottles of non tester bottles. I love my reddoor by Elizabeth Arden perfume, so much, and I have been wesring it for 23 years now. I will continue to order from your company, because I do love the service you provide. I am not sure if I made the mistake on the size of the bottles, or if your company made the error. I otherwise would rate your company, and the service of your company a 5 ! I didn't have time to send my order back for the correct size, because I was going away.

I placed an order on 12/13/20 never received it. After calling 100x’s being on hold for 30 minutes or more then the phone hanging up, I decided to email them. No response. Finally called and got a live person, they sent me a affidavit to fill out and I’m still waiting. Got an email from Laura who informed me she was waiting on a response from FedEx. Mind you, I had already reached out to FedEx because if I can get it resolved without dealing with the company I try to and I’m still waiting on a call back from FedEx. Go figure. So I emailed her and said it’s going on 2 months and I don’t have my items nor has my money been refunded. It wasn’t hard to take my money, it shouldn’t be hard to refund it and what her waiting on FedEx has to do with me. She sent an email saying she’ll get back with me once she hears from FedEx. Communication is terrible and I will never order from them. A customer should never have to wait 2 months for a refund, for items they didn’t receive. After reading some of the reviews on BBB about customer service and delivery problems, I should’ve followed my first mind. But I’m always giving businesses a chance. Never again!

I placed an order for the first time on FragranceX a few weeks ago and let me tell you, I regret it. I ordered a more high end/niche perfume that I had previously owned and had ran out of. I decided to try this site because it was about $70 less. (I should've known better.) Once I received my order and opened the package, for one, the bottle was slightly leaking from the nosal into the box. I was annoyed. I sent an email as directed to by their website. No response of any kind. Next day, I decide to spray the fragrance to test it out. It literalllllyyyyy smelled NOTHING like my original bottle. It only smelled of alcohol and vanilla and lingered for like 10 seconds. The color of the perfume was significantly darker than my previous one, as well. It's horrible. It is a HUGE waste. I cannot wear it. It is clearly expired, or was not stored properly. This was $140 for something I would not pay $5 for. I have sent 2 more emails since without any response or attempt to make this right. I call customer service and of course was on hold forever. I get someone and they said I can send it back with a free shipping label that I would have to print out (Don't have a printer) and return this item. Once received by the warehouse and it is scanned back in, I will get a refund. According to other reviews I have read, they were advised to do the same months ago and have yet to receive anything back. Therefore, FragranceX still has their money and they have nothing at all. $140 for an expired, leaking perfume and clearly no real care or consideration from FragranceX for sending me a crap item.

I had ordered a sample of a perfume I used to wear years go from fragrancex. I liked it just as much as I did then, so ordered a full bottle. The bottle, although labelled correctly, contains a different perfume! No answer from customer service. Scam?
