I am SOOOOO upset and disappointed with the Demeter line of fragrances. I've bought five or six and only one was pleasant. The Vetiver i received reminds me of insect repellent as do the others. I will NEVER order that brand again

Every was easy and a fast process. Packaging was perfect

I ordered Britney Spears Believe perfume. I was amazed at how fast it was delivered about 3 days after I placed the order. Well packaged, perfume and box was perfect. I have worn Believe perfume off and on since it was introduced around 2007-8 or so. So I know how the original formal smelled. The last couple bottles I had were the reformulated version as is this last one I ordered. I still enjoy the smell it is just not as strong as the original. The bottle is the same as the original minus the silver top that was on the original. This perfume is not a sweet candy smell. More citrusy and a little bit of a tang to the nose. I really enjoy it

Shipment was lost in transit. As it appeared, it is impossible to reach Customer Support. E-mails and phone calls do not get answered. In social media you only get automated messages referring you back to the e-mail address. Total disrespect to customers. Six weeks after I placed my order, I still didn't receive anything, no refund, not even a proper reply from customer support. Do not buy from FragranceX!

Bought Viva La Juicy Gold Couture and smell horrible. I sprayed it at the back of my hands and it was oily and greasy and not smell like the genuine perfume. Smell so bad!!!! My bath and body works mist smell better and last longer than this perfume. Don’t buy in Fragrance X it’s just a waste of money.
