Asked for a refund and they don’t reply to emails

It was fast. I was pleasantly surprised

I have ordered two times from fragancex. Both times with a very positive experience. I received my order on time, they sent me messages and I was able to track my packet. The second time I received my perfume one day before than I was expecting, so that was a nice surprise too. I will definitely order from fragancex again.

I ordered from this company because of the authenticity of the picture in the description. It showed the authentic box and the authenticating red lotus sticker on the bottom of the bottle of Chopard Casmir that I ordered. However, when the product arrived, the box was totally different and there was not a sticker on the bottom of the bottle and the product was much lighter in color than the authentic product that I have been using for several years. I sent an email immediately (almost a week ago) asking for advice to rectify the situation but as of yet have not heard back from the company.

I ordered 3 bottles of perfume and they all came on time, smelled great and i would definitely recommend Fragrance X to anyone!

slowest service, i've emailed them regards about my products, 1month still i haven't receive any.... and it took them 1 week to response to that! until now no feedback given from them. I revert back to their email about the status of my perfume, until now NO RESPONSE!!!! VERY IRRESPONSIBLE COMPANY / BUSINESS. IF YOU DON'T WANT TO ENTERTAIN CUSTOMERS, THEN DON'T SELL.... WHERE IS MY PERFUME???? ITS GOING TO BE 1 MONTH AND A WEEK NOW!!!!! I WILL NEVER EVER GOING TO BUY FROM HERE AND WILL NOT EVER RECOMMEND IT TO MY FRIENDS AND CO-WORKERS! SAD, LOTS OF PEOPLE WANNA BUY HERE, BUT I INFORM THEM REGARDS ABOUT SLOW RESPONSE FROM YOUR COMPANY!!!!!
