Je n'arrive plus à me connecter quand je reçois un de vos mails ?? Pour ma part, j'ai toujours, toujours été satisfaite de mes achats sur FranganceX. Marylou

I love the speed at which they deliver and every item was authentic and no knock-offs. Only one problem I ordered some after-shave lotion with one of the bottles of cologne and they sent 2 bottles of the same cologne instead of the after-shave. If not for that I would have given them a 5. I also did not like the reply answer from the customer service rep, who basically gave a nonanswer. Did not even say we will correct this and get this out to you. It was a noncommittal answer. I sent them a picture of the delivered product.

Smells great. Stronger than tom ford.

I’ve ordered from this company five times now. I’ve always been happy with the quality (no expired products), prices, and shipping. I’ve checked various batch codes online, and haven’t had any reason to believe the various colognes weren’t authentic.
