My experience with this company was terrible. My package was stolen. I contacted the company and explained to them through email what happened. They contacted USPS and told me that USPS delivered the package! I told the wonderful people are fragrance X. I did not receive it, may have my full refund back please, it doesn’t make sense, with them sending me two emails saying they contacted USPS explaining that the package was delivered. It clearly was not delivered if I don’t have it or anyone I know or live with doesn’t have it. Why are they still telling me this? Didn’t make any sense especially after 20 something days, I am still complaining about my refund. Why is the staff telling me about what the other company claimed they did, when they didn’t? This is my first and last time ordering from these people. Customer service was trash, they have to do better!! Never referring anyone to this site again!

Always send my order pretty quickly and it’s always what I ordered

Purchased Angel by Thierry Mugler, 1.7 oz Eau De Parfum Spray Refillable for Women AU $ 142.24 and item was grey (not blue as the same product here in Australia) look aweful!! They said because it is a refillable bottle it is that colour - utter rubbish!! looks like a Bali Knock Off - Buy local and avoid the sting!!! never again. As we know if shipping not inclusive of return why waste my money and receive the same service and product again. Not happy to help as they suggest - fobbed me off. No offer of return or replacement. If purchasing from another country don't even think about it.

I like everything I purchased

I bought a fragrance on the 28th of September till this very day day. I haven't received it I have been sending fragranceX emails like I'm insane. But no one has assisted me. Been trying to call my so call "corriour" but I have been put of hold for 4 weeks straight. This Is frustrating 😔 I recommend all South Africa's to stick to South Africa Shops for fragrances even if if some fragrances are expensive to avoid getting stress and waisting your time and Airtime.

Bonsoir, il s'agit d'un site qui n'est pas du tout sérieux, nous avons affaire à des menteurs : j'ai passé 1 commande et le suivi de cette commande, jamais livrée, est différent selon les différents liens communiqués par le site FRAGRANCEX. Ils sont plutôt fort pour écrire des mensonges car les commandes n'arrivent jamais, malgré les réponses apportées aux différents mails. En un mot, un site à éviter pour ne pas avoir de mauvaises surprises...j'ai demandé les bordereaux d'envoi du transporteur DPD afin de savoir qui ment et qui dit vrai...aucune réponse de la part de FRAGRANCEX Aujourd'hui 3 décembre, malgré l'engagement sur TRUSTPILOT d'envoyer un lien pour le suivi, rien n'a changé : je vous confirme donc que ce sont bien des menteurs. Je vous tiendrai informé tous les 3 jours des messages de FRANGRANCEX Aujourd'hui 6 décembre, j'ai reçu 1 message de FRAGRANCEX qui écrit qu'il s'agit de la faute du transporteur DPD...voilà qui est courageux...j'ai donc demandé soit le remboursement de ma commande, soit la réexpédition via un autre transporteur plus fiable que DPD...affaire à suivre mais nos menteurs de FRAGRANCEX sont en forme !!!
