The service was excellent-fast delivery and I was able to easily return my product. However the perfume I ordered did not smell like the perfume. I’ve worn this scent for many years and am quite familiar with it. I was very disappointed but at least I could return it.

Thank you very much fragrancex I am very satisfied I was going through another company but you guys is colognes are way better the other company that I was using is called perfumes but you guys have a new customer your colognes are way stronger than the other company I have no complaints I manage to track down my order by UPS it was late but that doesn't matter because of the pandemic other than that thank you very much I appreciate you guys

Hi there, I have been purchasing from FragranxeX for many years with no issues and been very happy. Excpt for my last order where I was shipped the wrong perfumes (not what I ordered) and was told I had to ship them back for my refund. The cost of return makes it not worth while sending and I don's understand why I should have to pay the returns if they sent the wrong perfume. I have tried contacting the company first they said it was the right perfume but in a "new packaging" but all they keep on saying is refund when goods are returned !!!! Not Happy Client!!! wont be buying from them again nor be recommending !!! Update I have sent several messages to these guys support Centre and they are no help only offering me 15% discount if I keep the wrong items they shipped so no help in the end even if you do complain.. lucky paid with paypal!!! #2 Update!!! Went to post the wrong items back Australia post will not allow you to send imdividuals (you have to be a company which sells perfumes) via the mail !!! Followed up with support nothing happened !! They just keep saying return items for refund !! Still not happy

The scents and the delivery service is awesome, I've ordered from Fragrance X for about 4yrs and I absolutely love this company.
