Absolutely AWFUL! Pls be aware I wish I'd read the reviews before I purchased! I'm so annoyed! I would give 0 stars if I could! The courier did not ring my bell (its connected to my phone) if he had i would've told him to leave with my concierge. Rather he left the package outside my door (Allegedly) took a photo and said he'd delivered even though DPD always either ask you to open the door as proof or they give u a redelivery option so u can pick up or refer to a safe place! Why wasn't i given that option ? I came home and the package was not outside my door. I've lived here for 20 years I have never had a package stolen. I immediately messaged fragrance X only to be told it had been delivered 🙄 and I need to contact DPD I contact DPD they said I have to contact fragrance X so they can instigate an investigation but can only do that via fragrance X I have emailed THREE times and rachelle at customer service still hasn't responded. Meanwhile no perfume and £70 out of pocket! I will NEVER order from this company again! Awful customer service.This is a blatant scam UPDATE! So rachelle at customer service is now deliberately playing obtuse and reiterating that dpd have provided a photo showing a successful delivery so therefore I need to contact DPD! Even though DPD have requested that fragrance X contact them so they can open an investigation. I'm now being given the run around! Rachelle has completely disregarded my prior emails stating that I didn't receive my package. Honestly just pay the full price for your perfume. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE SCAMMERS! UPDATE! Rachelle (customer service specialist) Is still bypassing my request to contact DPD. She is now saying it is not their responsibility AND to add insult to injury keeps saying The delivery was successful so basically it has nothing to with them. Pls do not order from these ppl. This is a nightmare!
