Getting 1 Star for THIS> FraganceX commercial a lot on Facebook with up to 80% price off, but in reality its bs. I could not find ANY products, which are cheaper than the expensive prices here in Poland. What a joke! I looked up 3 perfumes compared to a Polish website, where its 100% original perfumes. Ex. Dior Sauvage your site 100ml = 731.95 PLN in Polish store 434.99 PLN. Gucci Guilty your store = 443,81 PLN same perfume in Poland cost 236 PLN. Chanel Bleu De Chanel 100ml perfume = 969,16 PLN in Polish store 761 PLN that is 43,87$ difference Prices are compared to Notino.pl

Dear Renee / Che / FragranceX, I have done everything in my powers to get my Refund from order #52737958, for the LEAKING fragrance "Just Me Paris Hilton by Paris Hilton, 3.4 oz Eau De Toilette Spray for Men £26.32" I posted it back on the 29.07.2022 to your TW14 0NG warehouse, all i asked for is for £26.32 It has taken since two months to get my refund and the Halifax Bank were informed of this through Halifax/LLoyd "Debit Card Dispute Reference: DI-357884 about the £26.32". I have had the worst experience buying from you and i wish not to buy ever again. I have done everything you have asked me to do, to get my £26.32, i am now at your mercy and ask you for the love of god just to give me my refund that i am entitled to, i don't have your fragrance and only kept one which is the "Insurrection Ii Wild by Reyane Tradition" which i already used and i am happy with. This i cannot returned as i opened it and used it. All i am asking for is my rights which is the £26.32, please refund me to my Halifax account i am entitled to that its my money. Please see all my evidence below in images that i have done all you asked for and now i ask you FragranceX to honour your promise in returning my £26.32.
