Made my order on October 27th , its now November 25th still haven't received anything landmark doesn't have a clue where the package is nor does intelcom express. I've been back and forth with customer service at fragrancex for the past week and they aren't able to give me any answers and are reluctant to give me a refund even though canadian law states that if a package is not received within 30 days they , by law, have to . Its been a stressful nightmare and they have no answers for me , very shoddy service don't recommend to anyone

I do see that we did respond to you multiple times advising you that we were just waiting for the claim to be approved by the carrier. Being it is taking a little longer than expected we have refunded you in full before the results of the claim come through. We are truly sorry again for the frustration this may have caused. Je commande sur ce site depuis plus de 5ans. Je n'ai jamais été déçu. Sauf à ma dernière commande concernant les frais de douane. Depuis près de 6 mois le site est inaccessible. C'est bien dommage car chaque année je commande entre 6 et 8 parfums.
