I was disappointed with the final cost of several colognes I ordered. The receipt showed $112 CAD. When the statement for our Mastercard came in, it showed $167. because of the exchange. Shipping over $100 was supposed to be free. Product was sent through DHL and took 10 days.

Product prices are excellent. Shipping was below expectations. Order took 6 business days to arrive - including 2 days when the item did not move in the DHL system (per tracking provided). I have ordered previously but will strongly consider another ecommerce vendor for future purchases.

Terrible experience with FragranceX and DHL – avoid if you’re in Serbia FragranceX shipped my order via DHL without asking me which courier I preferred. Unsurprisingly, because it’s DHL, I still haven’t received my package, and there’s no clear information on when I will. The import process with DHL in Serbia is extremely complicated — they treat private individuals like import companies, requesting a ridiculous amount of paperwork as if I were importing weapons instead of a single, low-cost perfume. To make things worse, DHL’s handling fees are nearly as expensive as the perfume itself. This has turned into a frustrating and costly experience. If you’re ordering from Serbia, do not use FragranceX — they use DHL by default, and you’ll likely face absurd delays and charges. It feels like DHL came to Serbia not to deliver packages, but to torment people. Avoid this website. I won’t be ordering again. Update: After I posted this review, DHL finally delivered the package. However, everything I described above remains true — the delays, the excessive paperwork, and the hidden costs made this one of the most frustrating online shopping experiences I’ve had. I stand by my rating.
