too long a wait for delivery

It took 2 weeks for my items to arrive. I messaged them because it seemed like it took forever based on tracking # to get to the shipper. They never responded. I nearly placed a dispute with my credit card because it seemed off to me. Also the pricing makes no sense. What I was charged seemed to be quite a bit more than the items show on the website and was supposed to include a 15% discount. The whole experience was off. I would only buy from them again IF and that is a big IF something I wanted was not offered elsewhere and was only offered at Fragrancex. I would really have to think about it before I ever order from them again and would not recommend them to anyone else purely based on my experience.

I love it! I had it since 2008 and everybody stop using it or it's not. But when I saw that I have to get two not one two and because I spray it in the closet the kitchen you took it to your room, the bathrooms, living room kitchen. I mean it's everywhere my car. It smells awesome. I'm so glad I did find it
