Amazing company
Amazing company. I ordered an expensive perfume and simply did not like the fragrance ( my bad). The support team asked me to send the item back and the refund was so quick. Very impressed indeed.

Knockoff and not original
Ordered a bottle of cologne. When received I advised that the odor of this was not nearly what it was supposed to be. I've been wearing the same cologne for 20+ years and they claim this is original. It's not. Very pungent and awful smelling. They offered a refund only if I paid $20CAD. They said original packaging must be included but it was sent in a white box. The bottle itself was about $50. So I'd be losing money. Their customer service was not keen on keeping a customer. Would not recommend. EDIT ------ I contacted support, AGAIN who stated the EXACT same things. It appears to be automated and they do not care about retention. Do not buy from here

Hi Anthony! We are truly sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate you taking the time to share your concerns. At FragranceX.com, we only sell 100 percent authentic and original fragrances sourced from trusted distributors. We understand how important it is when you have worn the same cologne for over 20 years, and even small differences in scent can feel disappointing. Variations can sometimes occur due to reformulations by the manufacturer, batch differences, or storage conditions, but authenticity is never compromised. Regarding the packaging, some items are shipped in a plain white tester box when noted, and this does not affect the fragrance itself. Return shipping fees are outlined in our return policy, but we certainly never want you to feel unsupported. We would truly appreciate the opportunity to review this further for you. Please contact our customer care team directly with your order details so we can re evaluate the situation and see how we can assist. Your satisfaction matters to us at FragranceX.com 📦 Thank you again for your feedback.

DPD delivery service
Unfortunately, they use DPD who are lazy, irresponsible and unreliable. At home awaiting delivery and they claim there wasn't anyone home. Now I need to collect parcel. Too much hassle!
Response from FragranceXFeb 23, 2026
Hi Joe! We are very sorry to hear about your delivery experience. We completely understand how frustrating it must have been to be home waiting and then receive an update stating that no one was available. That certainly is not the smooth experience we want for our customers. 🚚 While FragranceX.com works with trusted shipping partners, delivery procedures are handled directly by the carrier. We truly regret the inconvenience this has caused and understand how having to collect the parcel adds extra hassle. We sincerely appreciate your feedback, as it helps us continue improving our service and communication. If there is anything we can assist you with regarding your order, please know we are always here to help!

False Advertising
I ordered 5 perfumes from canada. While i made my purchase. It showed my invoice in canadian dollars. But my bank statement showed me amount greater than my invoice. I called them and i was told that they charge in USD and bank converted in CAD. But I asked them that why they show the funds in canadian dollars when customer is making a purchase. If amount customer is charged is different from invoice, it is a false advertisement. And customer does not know it, until he finished the transaction and confirmation email is received. They write a line in email, that they charge in USD. But this is not mentioned while customer is shopping on their website. Everything is shown in canadian dollars.
Response from FragranceXFeb 18, 2026
Hi Kanwarbir, Thank you for taking the time to share your concerns. FragranceX.com is a US based company, and all charges and refunds are processed in United States Dollars USD. For your convenience, our website displays prices in different currencies, including Canadian Dollars, as an estimated total while you are shopping. However, when the order is placed, the transaction is processed in USD and your financial institution converts the amount to CAD. Any difference between the estimated amount shown and the final amount on your bank statement is due to your bank’s exchange rate and any applicable conversion fees. This information is outlined in our payment policy section on the website. We understand how this can be confusing and truly appreciate your feedback. If you have questions regarding the specific exchange rate applied, we recommend contacting your bank directly for full details.
