First this is the second time. I’ve used this company for years without incident. However recently I received a perfume that smelled bad and was discolored. I kept it but let the company know. Next order was for my favorite Beautiful. Unfortunately it was the same old dark and smelly. They have offered to refund but only if I do everything just right. For a fragrance company to continue to sell bad products is wrong. The price is lower than the stores but no where do I read and agree…You get it cheaper but it’s no good.

Note our warehouse also performs regular quality control checks to ensure all products meet our standards and are of the highest quality. Receiving my order in a timely manner. The price was too good to pass up. Especially, on the 8 oz of the men's Paul Sebastian. I will definitely be a repeat customer when the time comes.
