hello Nathaniel, we do apologize that we had to cancel your order and refund it. The data was not updated properly so things can happen. We advised you of the situation but you chose to tell a lie and say that we advised you that the product was in stock when we advised you that we are going to cancel your order because it is not in stock as we thought. You also called us 10-15 hours after placing your order asking why has not your order been shipped and it is going on 24 hours etc. You also called the very next day asking the same thing. We were glad to cancel your order and be rid of you because you are extremely aggressive, obnoxious and overbearing and we will post this here for all to see and also hope we are rid of you for good. You should have already received a refund notification. We have several happy customers and plan to keep it that way. thanks

Some customers will leave a PO# ***** in the comments section and it is a Post Office Box number etc. When we talked to you by phone you were yelling and over talking when we were trying to just verify the information which is not a professional way of communication.
