The service was amazing
The service was amazing, both of the people who helped me were extremely friendly and knowledgeable, welcoming and kind. They helped me choose what i wanted even though i wasn't quite sure myself, and the way they gift wrapped my purchases was beautiful. It was an excellent experience and i will definitely come to this location for all of my fragrance needs.

Customer SERVICE!
When my online order was suddenly canceled and refunded, I called Fragrance Outlet customer service to find out why. It was explained as a fraud alert because billing and shipping addresses were different. Was able to place another order with the customer service representative. Totally happy about that.

The salesman made the experience better…
The salesman made the experience better than I expected. I really only wanted one particular fragrance, but I ended up buying three. I spent more than I wanted to but it was well worth it.

Excellent customer service!
Georgette was an absolute pleasure to do business with. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and very professional. I could not have asked for a better experience. I would recommend her to any close family member or friend. It is employees like this that makes customers want to return for repeat business!
