La persona que nos atendió y nos asesoró nos vendió unos productos a sobre precio y supuestamente nos hizo un descuento, lo cual no fue cierto ya que se compensó con el sobre precio que nos cobró de los otros productos, engañando al cliente que confía en su asesoramiento

Terrible customer service at the…
Terrible customer service at the Somerville, Massachusetts outlet. The sales associate was very rude and stated that the product I requested was only stocked as a “courtesy”. I will spread the word.

I recently bought 2 different items…
I recently bought 2 different items from this place a mens cologne and a women's perfume, the owner claims all items are indeed real and not knock offs, there’s one problem if they were real the smell would last much longer than 20-30 minutes after spraying I bought the Versace bright crystals and Yves saint Laurent very unhappy with my items that’s another reason why she probably doesn’t allow returns only exchanges!!!!! Visited in Tanger outlets

What I bought wasn’t the same from a legitimate store like Dillards. Waste of $300 with no return policy, I’m out money and disappointed.
